三度目の緊急事態宣言。
こんなに緊急感のない緊急事態宣言もなかなか経験できないですね。
街中は人で溢れています。
一般人が変異株の恐ろしさに気づくのはいつなんでしょう。

The Japanese government declared the emergency for the capital and the western prefectures of Osaka, Kyoto and Hyogo. It will run until May 11.

日本政府は東京と大阪、京都、兵庫に5月11日までの緊急事態宣言を発令した。
Commercial facilities with floor space of more than 1,000 square meters, such as department stores, shopping centers and movie theaters, are asked to close, with the exception of areas that offer daily necessities.
床面積が1,000平方メートル以上の百貨店、ショッピンセンターや映画館などの商業施設は、日用品の売り場以外は閉店が求められる。
Department stores in Tokyo’s Ginza district were closed on Sunday, except for floors handling food, cosmetics and some other items.
東京銀座にある百貨店は、食べ物や化粧品を扱うフロア意外は日曜日に閉店した。
At Matsuya Ginza, only a few sections were open, and with shortened hours. Customers were seen arriving at the food floor after it opened at 11 a.m.
松屋銀座では、いくつかの店舗は営業するが、時間を短縮する。開店した午後11時には食品を求める客がみられた。
In Osaka, few people were seen in the usually busy commercial district of Umeda.
大阪では、いつも賑わう梅田の繁華街にはほとんど人が見られなかった。
A student from Hyogo Prefecture said she came to Osaka to attend her university’s guidance counseling. She said she wanted to enjoy shopping, but that is impossible now.
兵庫県の学生は、大学のガイダンスのカウンセリングに参加するため大阪に来た。買い物を楽しむつもりだったが今はそれも無理だと言う。
