Twitterで障害発生
Some Twitter users have been unable to access the social network platform. But the company says service is now back for most people and it is working to get to 100 percent soon.
一部のTwitterユーザーはソーシャルネットワークプラットフォームにアクセスできませんでした。 しかし同社は、サービスは現在ほぼ復旧しており、早く完全に復旧するよう進めていると述べました。
The disruption started on Thursday. Twitter says it was “due to an internal system change.” Chief Executive Officer Jack Dorsey apologized for the problem in a tweet.

This is the second disruption for the social network platform in recent weeks. Users were unable to exchange messages earlier this month due to a technical glitch. Over 300 million people use Twitter worldwide.
