米大統領補佐官は、対北朝鮮政策は敵対を目的としておらず、最終的に北朝鮮の完全な非核化を目指していると伝えた。
National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan made this clear on an ABC News program on Sunday. He added Washington is prepared to engage in diplomacy towards that ultimate objective.

He said the United States believes that rather than all for all or nothing for nothing, a more calibrated, practical measured approach stands the best chance of actually moving the ball down the field towards reducing the challenge posed by the North.
